Why we exist

Cities don't need
more cars.

They need the cars already moving to carry more people. That's the whole idea.

The problem nobody was solving

Every weekday morning, Delhi-NCR puts millions of cars on the road — and roughly 70% of their seats travel empty. Everyone leaves from similar places, at similar times, for similar destinations. The demand is astonishingly predictable. Nobody was coordinating it.

Ride-hailing made this worse, not better: it optimises for more rides, which means more vehicles. Carpool apps asked strangers to browse listings and hope. Both missed the point — the office commute is the most predictable travel pattern in any city, and predictability is something an AI can orchestrate.

Our purpose

“To put the fewest possible vehicles on the road for the most possible people — and to make that the easiest way to get to work.”

Vision & mission

Vision

To become the operating system for urban commute — the layer cities rely on to manage congestion, cut emissions and get more out of the roads they already have.

Mission

Build India's first verified commuter network, corridor by corridor, until sharing a car to work is simply the obvious choice — cheaper, safer and less hassle than driving alone.

What makes Drivv different

Demand first, not supply first

Ride-hailing activates a car per booking. Drivv reads who is actually travelling, then switches on only the vehicles the corridor needs.

Cost-split, never a fare

You pay your share of fuel and wear on actuals. The system caps collection at the vehicle's running cost — profit is impossible by design.

A closed, verified network

Every commuter is tied to a real employer with a real face on file. Anonymity is what makes ride-sharing feel unsafe — so we removed it.

Corridor density, not city sprawl

We open one corridor at a time and saturate it. A corridor with 500 committed commuters beats a city with 50,000 scattered ones.

It learns, then it predicts

As the engine learns your habits, it forecasts demand before anyone declares — orchestrating tomorrow's commute while you sleep.

The flywheel

Every stakeholder gains, and each gain feeds the next.

1

Commuters

Get to work for ₹23–60 instead of ₹400–800, in a verified car with people they know.

2

Contributors

Recover most of their running cost on a drive they were making anyway.

3

Employers

Fewer parking spaces, punctual staff, and a real ESG number they can report.

4

Cities

Fewer vehicles per commuter — congestion and emissions fall without building a single road.

5

Drivv

More commuters make matching better, which makes Drivv more useful, which brings more commuters.

…and round it goes. Every new commuter makes the next match better.

For investors

We're not raising
on a vision.
We're raising on an engine.

Drivv is pre-launch by design. The orchestration engine had to survive stress-testing before a single commuter depended on it.

The inversion
Ride-hailing maximises rides dispatched.
Drivv minimises vehicles activated.

Every mobility company on earth reports rides completed. We report VKED — Vehicle Kilometres Eliminated per Day. When your north-star metric is the mathematical inverse of everyone else's, you are not competing inside their market. You are creating a different one.

How Drivv earns

₹99 per user, per month. Zero commission on trips.

Predictable recurring revenue, uncoupled from ride volume — so growth never conflicts with taking cars off the road.

Why incumbents can't simply copy it

Demand-first architecture

Capturing intent before departure is a different system, not a feature toggle on a dispatch engine.

Closed trust networks

Corporate verification, Crews and Favourites compound into a graph that cannot be bought.

Behavioural data moat

Every commute sharpens prediction; better prediction raises reliability, which deepens density.

Regulatory alignment

Cost-recovery with zero trip profit is structurally compliant — a commission model cannot follow.
